Lovely DIY night light! Originally, I accidentally found out that a light would show through canvas when I placed one of my paintings against the wall while unpacking, over my daughter's night light. But online recently, I've seen these nifty night lights pop up everywhere! They are easy, require few materials.
So easy! But I had to do it while the little one was asleep since paint was involved and we have a crawler on our hands.

We are headed out today and will hopefully grab some LED Christmas lights so they do not get too hot behind the canvas. And I can show you the finished product.
OMGOSH Megan that's so cute! And something even a craft-spaz like me could do! Do you think the Pinterest "art" of sticking the letters on canvas, then letting the kids finger paint over, and then peeling the letters off would work? with the lights behind, I mean. Totally pinning.
