On Sunday, I asked y'all to guess at the big news. And I was flooded with the following response.
pregnant - pg - preggers - bun in oven - knocked up
No pressure guys! I'm fine with the one for now. But, if I'm not pregnant, what's the big news?
When I was a new mom, on maternity leave, I was searching for a great local network of women. It was a few weeks until I would head back to the 50/hr week schedule and I needed an adult conversation BAD.
By way of mommy chats here and there, I heard about Bump Club & Beyond. I've blogged about them before. Originally founded in Chicago by a mom looking for a place to connect with other moms and moms-to-be, BCB'er Jenn couldn't leave Chicago without it. Jenn brought it to Austin, gave it some Texas roots and the company is growing just about as fast as our little ones.
At a typical BCB event you can find great conversation, a main event that will inspire and prizes that will have you wondering why membership free of charge. Once you take the leap (I know that it's awkward to be the new mom on the playground), you'll definitely want to sign up to be a VIP.
Bump Club and Beyond VIPs receive 12-months of events and discounts. As a VIP you receive the following:
- A ticket to ONE (1) Bump Club and Beyond event of your choice (up to $50 value).
- $5 off all Bump Club and Beyond events (excluding WFM LCC cooking classes).
- Preggos receive a new baby present from our friends at Sanctuary. Please email us to share your good news!
- Exclusive invitations to VIP ONLY events and previews
- Early event access on select events.
So what's the big news?
Because Mean Baby loves BCB so much. VIP members are getting a pretty exclusive and sweet deal.
30% off all services. Crazy, I know. We might go broke. This isn't a one time thing. This is every service, every time you use it.
Now who wants to be a member of BCB? Just a few miles up the road from San Antonio. You might event win a stroller at one of their events. And that's worth the drive, right?
Check out the calendar of events here. Tell 'em Mean Baby sent you.
